Essential Volunteer Information
Volunteer Expectations
You represent Alpharetta High School and Ameris Bank Amphitheater and are expected to be courteous and professional while volunteering. We are a team and a teamwork approach is essential for a successful night of volunteering.
Arrival Times
Inventory Manager 2 Hours Prior to Show; others 1 1/2 Hours Prior to show
Cancellations
As a courtesy to other volunteers, please communicate your cancellation to the Volunteer Coordinator at least 24 hours in advance. This will give coordinators the opportunity to fill your spot.
As a volunteer it is your responsibility to communicate to the Concert Lead if you are running late. The Concert Lead’s name and cell number is indicated on the concert assignment email.
Volunteers who do not show up to work their shift will lose the privilege of participating in the Alpharetta High School Ameris Bank Amphitheater Volunteer program. When a volunteer does not show up to work it puts an undue toll on those volunteers working the show because they are short staffed. In addition, it takes away another volunteer’s opportunity to earn credit for their organization.
One strike and you are out. No exceptions.

Proceed to the left of the loading docks, look for walkway on the far left which leads up through a narrow area between the buildings.
